About Sally Allison

After training professionally for 8 years with the United States Olympic Committee as an Olympic Team athlete, I transitioned into coaching. For 20 + years of working with athletes I now coach specialize in performance analysis, biomechanics and soft tissue injury prevention through practical application for all movement. I have broken many bones in gymnastics but I have never torn or pulled a muscle in all 8 years of my career. There is a way to prepare, execute and activate before practicing the skill of the game in professional sports.

I observe the physics of sports biomechanics for dynamic warm ups, postural integrity during drills, and active flexibility with body control accuracy by analyzing the athletes movement. I tailor simple directions on how to execute their body alignment and movement during conditioning, lifts, and flexibility by creating spatial awareness balance during performance. My coaching brings value and a diverse perspective to professional teams by protecting and delivering excellence for your most valuable assets by demonstrating, coaching and providing an edge that draws out the athletes maximizing potential. My results provide enhancing performance, decreasing soft tissue injuries and accelerating recovery.
